Situated on 100 oak covered acres, our training site creates the perfect setting for dog training. It is our primary goal to help the dogs and their handlers achieve the maximum potential.

Southern Star Ranch K9 Training Center is licensed with the The State of Texas, the Texas Department of Public Safety, and the U.S. Justice Department, Drug Enforcement Agency. We are also members of the National Association of Fire Investigators and the Canine Accelerant Detection Association. Our Staff has many years of dog training experience.

Wayne Booth, our manager has been active in dog training for over 30 years. He is a Certified Master Trainer and has trained several hundred dogs. Mr. Booth routinely conducts training classes and seminars for police departments, sheriff departments, correctional facilities, foreign governments and private security companies.
